FitHer Nutrition & Fitness is operated by Simple Not Easy Solutions LLC ("FitHer," "we," "us"), with Lindsay Clements as head coach. This policy explains what information we collect through fithernutrition.com, the member portal and our coaching, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email when you sign up for a free resource or our emails, take a quiz, book a call, or contact us.
- Purchase information: your name, email, phone number and billing details when you sign up for coaching. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank account number.
- Coaching information: as a client, what you share in your intake form, check-ins and messages, including health history, body weight and measurements, progress photos, food and workout logs, menstrual cycle details, lab results if you purchase a lab review, and recordings or notes from coaching calls.
- Usage information: basic information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, general location and how you found us. We may use Google Analytics for this.
How we use your information
- To coach you: build your program, set and adjust your nutrition targets, review your check-ins and answer your questions
- To set up your account in the FitHer app and member portal, and to process payments
- To send you the emails and resources you asked for
- To schedule calls
- To understand how people use the site and improve it
Our coaching software includes AI features that help organize your check-ins, summarize your progress and draft feedback. Coach Lindsay reviews your plan and the feedback you receive.
Your photos and story
Your progress photos, results and story stay private. We will never share them publicly, including on our website or social media, without your permission.
Services we use
We use trusted services to run FitHer. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy:
- Trainerize: the FitHer app (workouts, food logs, messages, group chats)
- FitMetrics: coaching software connected to the app (check-ins, forms, progress tracking)
- Stripe: payments
- Flodesk: email
- MemberSpace: member portal login
- Calendly and Zoom: scheduling and calls
- Google (Forms, Drive, Analytics) and Typeform: quizzes, forms and site analytics
- Truemed: HSA/FSA eligibility (information you give Truemed is handled by Truemed)
- Lab partners: if you purchase a lab review, your lab order and results
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services above, as needed for them to do their part, or if required by law.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and rely on the security of the services above for the data they hold. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. FitHer is a coaching business, not a healthcare provider, so health privacy laws for medical providers (like HIPAA) don't apply to us, but we treat your health information as private.
How long we keep it
We keep your coaching information while you're a client and for as long as needed afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails any time using the link at the bottom of any email
- Email support@lcfitnessco.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings
Children
FitHer is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
