Information you give us directly: your name and email when you request a free resource, apply to work with us, book a call, or contact us; account information when you're given access to the member portal.
Coaching application details: information you submit through our application form (Typeform) when applying for coaching.
Scheduling information: name, email, and appointment details when you book a call through Calendly.
HSA/FSA eligibility details: if you check HSA/FSA eligibility, that information is collected and processed directly by TrueMed under their own privacy policy, not by us.
Usage and device information: collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including pages visited, general location, device/browser type, and referral source.

How we use your information

To send the free resources, emails, and updates you've requested (through Flodesk)
To review coaching applications and respond to inquiries
To schedule and manage calls and appointments
To provide and manage access to the member portal for active coaching clients
To understand how visitors use our site and improve it (Google Analytics)
To show relevant ads and measure their performance (Meta Pixel)

We rely on trusted third-party services to run FitHer. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:

Flodesk: email marketing and delivery of free resources
MemberSpace: member accounts and login for the client portal
Calendly: scheduling free calls
Typeform: coaching applications
TrueMed: HSA/FSA eligibility checks
Google Analytics & Meta Pixel: site analytics and advertising measurement
Google Drive: hosting of transformation photos displayed on the site

FitHer is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
